Good fulfillment, slow updates

I used Ali Shipping for Shopify dropshipping fulfillment. The order processing was pretty smooth once it got going. My items reached the customer in about 4 days to Bangalore, which is decent. I did notice the automated tracking updates were a bit delayed sometimes, making it hard to keep customers fully in the loop. They have a whole system for RTO (return to origin) management. From my experience, they notify you and you can decide what to do with the item. It's pretty standard.

They manage it. I've had a few returns and they process them and even send you pics if you need to inspect the item without it coming back to your place.
